R.E.A.L Craft Cocktails is a family acronym. It was started 2019 by founder and mixologist Erica Winward. She came up with the acronym after working alongside her father, Robert Oliver, at The Monday Club since 2014. Her vision had started to come to life and her soulmate and most prominent supporter, Leonard Tucker, steers the reigns of the social media and graphic design world. The three of them have pooled together all their resources and expertise to create a promising business. The circle will finally be complete once younger sister, Adrianna Oliver, is old enough to join the team.
