Planning & Booking
How do I request a quote?
Complete RCC’s guided Event Planner with your event, service, drink, budget, and contact details. Review the plan before submitting. RCC will respond using your preferred contact method within three business days.
Does submitting the Event Planner reserve my date?
No. A submission is a request for information and a quote. Your event is not booked until RCC confirms availability and pricing and all required agreements and payments are completed.
What types of events does RCC serve?
RCC supports weddings and receptions, corporate events, private parties, birthdays, anniversaries, showers, holiday parties, and other celebrations. Use the Event Planner to describe an event that is not listed.
Packages & Pricing
What packages does RCC offer?
RCC offers Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages. Each level builds on the one before it, adding beverage support and planning coordination. Visit the Packages page for current rates and complete inclusions.
Is there a minimum service time?
Yes. Every package requires a four-hour minimum.
How are mixologist hours priced?
Each package includes a flat rate plus $50 per hour for each mixologist. RCC confirms staffing, service duration, and the final event total during quoting.
What are client-funded purchases?
Clients pay separately for alcohol and any supplies or event-specific purchases not included in their selected package. These costs are separate from the package flat rate and hourly mixologist charge.
Alcohol & Drink Options
Who purchases the alcohol?
The client supplies or funds all alcohol. For Platinum events, RCC may coordinate or procure client-funded supplies, liquor, and beer, but those purchases remain separate from RCC’s flat and hourly service charges.
Can RCC create signature cocktails or mocktails?
Yes. Drink selections can be shaped around the event, including signature cocktails, custom drink menus, and thoughtful alcohol-free options.
Does RCC offer cocktail classes or bottled craft cocktails?
Yes. Cocktail classes and premium bottled craft cocktails are available by inquiry. Format, group size, pricing, location requirements, client responsibilities, and fulfillment details are discussed before booking.
Event Logistics
Where does RCC provide service?
RCC’s primary service area includes Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and northeastern Maryland. Additional travel may be available, and additional travel fees may apply.
Does RCC bring the bar setup and service supplies?
Selected packages include a counter-height table, service tools, garnish items, ice, cups, napkins, straws, mixers, or nonalcoholic beverages. The exact setup depends on the selected package and event needs.
Does RCC provide food catering?
No. RCC provides bartending and beverage-focused services. Food catering is not an RCC service.
Is RCC licensed and insured?
Yes. R.E.A.L Craft Cocktails LLC is licensed and insured.
